PackBuddy respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available through PackBuddy infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, send a report to support@packbuddy.io.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to understand and locate the claim:
- your name, organization, email address, and authority to act;
- a description of the copyrighted work or other right you claim;
- the exact PackBuddy URL, card identifier, account item, or other location of the material;
- the action you request;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law;
- a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or unrelated personal information. We may request reasonably necessary clarification and may preserve relevant records or refer the matter to counsel.
If material you supplied was removed
If you believe material you supplied was disabled or removed because of a mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the affected material, the original report if known, your explanation, and your contact information. Restoration is not automatic and may depend on applicable law, platform requirements, safety, contractual obligations, or legal review.
Designated-agent status
This page does not identify the reporting address as a designated agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512 and does not represent that PackBuddy has completed a U.S. Copyright Office agent registration or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor. If a designation is completed and verified, the applicable agent information will be published here.

Card images and related names, game text, symbols, and marks belong to their respective owners. PackBuddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. See the Terms of Service for additional information.
